Sept 6 update to FLCCC protocol adds "moderating exericse" as a first-line treatment

The story here is that Pierre Kory has always been telling his patients to limit their exercise… but he didn’t realize that it wasn’t on their protocol. So now it is on there.

Moderating physical activity:
Exercise can create worsening symptoms and lead to severe post-exertional fatigue. Patients should moderate activity to tolerable levels, and keep heart rate under 110 bpm. Stretching and low-resistance exercises are preferred over aerobic exercises.

The September 6 protocol can be found here: I-RECOVER: Post-Vaccine Treatment - FLCCC | Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance

Actually I probably need to bug him about moderating mental exertion, which causes PEM in some people.
