FLCCC physicians Dr. Mobeen Syed and Dr. Paul Marik explained in the video that NLRP inflammasome generation is a result of inhibition of autophagy and the spike protein inhibits autophagy, as a result of which the spike protein is circulating in cells and tissues for a prolonged period in Long COVID and post-vax long haul patients. They also explained how Resveratrol induces autophagy via activating SIRT1. I shared how the NLRP3 inflammasome is involved in the pathophysiology of post-vax long haul symptoms and how all ingredients (including Pterostilbene, which is a highly bioavailable analogue of Resveratrol) of the supplement QuadraMune inhibit it in the following post:
The following studies show that all Quadramune ingredients activate SIRT1 as well, thereby inducing autophagy, which is the likely mechanism behind their ability to inhibit the NLRP3 inflammasome.
Hence, it is highly likely that oral administration of Quadramune or its ingredients separately in the same concentration and quantity will alleviate post-vax long haul and/or long COVID symptoms by clearing out the circulating spike protein from the body via inducing autophagy.
“Virtual Rounds” is a Zoom seminar series for doctors to educate each other. Patients may find them useful as some of these seminars contain the latest information on how doctors are thinking about vaccine injury.
